1. Introduction

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name and contact information.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location (URL).

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your jurisdiction (or where applicable under U.S. law).

  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a legal action within the time required by law.
